Shipping Around Canada

1.Shipping Areas
We are proud to ship across all provinces and territories within Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

2. Non-Perishable Items (Standard Shipping)
The vast majority of items in our store are non-perishable. These are shipped using our standard methods.

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.

  • Shipping Carriers: We ship via Canada Post and other major Canadian courier services.

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You will see the final shipping cost before you complete your purchase.

  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, most orders within Canada will arrive within 3-10 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary, especially for remote or Northern regions (e.g., Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon), and during peak holiday seasons or due to carrier delays.

 

3. Perishable Items (Special Arrangement Required)
For the integrity and quality of our perishable goods, we cannot ship these items using our standard method.

  • Definition: Perishable items include, but are not limited to, fresh produce, fresh meat & poultry, fresh fish, and certain fresh dairy products.

  • How to Order: If you wish to purchase a perishable item, please contact us directly

  • Special Shipping: Our team will work with you to arrange special expedited shipping, packaging, and pricing to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. Shipping costs for perishables will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.

 

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number and a link to track your package online.

 

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order placement. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an address is found to be incorrect, we will do our best to assist, but redelivery fees may apply.

 

6. Shipping Delays
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control (such as severe weather, postal strikes, or customs delays) may impact delivery times. We will do our best to notify you if we are aware of any significant delays affecting your order.
