At JD Best Afro-Carib Variety Market, we are pleased to offer local delivery services to ensure our customers receive their groceries conveniently and efficiently. Please review our local delivery policy for all the necessary details.

 

General Information: All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund the total amount of your order using the original method of payment or you can choose an item to replace it

 

Delivery Area: We offer delivery services within a 20-25-kilometer radius of our store location at 14 Simcoe Street, Oshawa, Ontario. Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Durham regions: Ajax, Oshawa, Pickering, Bowmanville, Clarington, and Whitby. Any shipments outside of these regions are not available at this time.

 

Delivery Schedule: Deliveries are made from Monday to Sunday between 12:00 PM and 8:30 PM. Orders placed before 8:30 PM can typically be delivered on the same day. Orders placed after 8:30 PM will be delivered the next business day.

 

Delivery Fees:

• Orders under $150: $7-12 depending on location

• Orders over $150: Free delivery.

Delivery Time: An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 5 hours of the time of your order. 

 

Order Confirmation: Once your order is received, you will receive a confirmation email with the estimated delivery time. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address during the scheduled delivery window.
